2 1/2-story and raised basement house; rubblestone base with central segmental-arch window, front porch, with fluted square piers, extending to south of house; entrance facing south with glazed door and glazed frame; peak roof slopes with deep bracketed eaves, second story pierces roof slope; multi-pane windows.
Noteworthy: Stylistically, this house appears to date from c. 1915; however, it does not appear on the 1921 map of Park Hill.
